Seal Coating

Seal Coating

The enemy to asphalt is oxidation, water, gasoline, oils – without protection, your pavement deteriorates. The sealer protects your asphalt from the elements for the same reason you apply paint or stain a wood deck.

Your parking area is your welcome mat to your business. It should be sealed and black with easy to read markings and stripes for navigation so that it gives a good first impression of your business.

We recommend waiting 6-12 months before sealcoating new pavement.
After a surface has been sealed, it should be re-sealed every 3-5 years.

Sealing costs pennies a square foot compared to the dollars needed to repair or replace a parking lot that wasn’t maintained on a regular basis

Crack Sealing

If cracks are left unattended, they will compromise your pavement surface and lead to the need for costly repair.
